This gorgeous double layer hand sewn scarf measures 1.6 meter in length and 0.25 meters in width. This soft and luxurious winter scarf has soft cashmere like texture and a weight of 280 gsm, making it a great insulator and sure to keep you warm.
CARE
High temperatures may cause this scarf to lose its plush texture and softness. To prevent this from happening please wash on delicate with cold water and hang to dry.
SUSTAINABILITY
Designed using nature-approved materials, this lovely eco-conscious scarf is made using a 30% certified organic cotton and 70% bamboo. Meaning that the cotton used to make this scarf was grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or other chemical fertilizers. Bamboo fabric is also very sustainable because it is a fast-growing grass, requires no fertilizer and doesn’t need to be replanted since it self-regenerates from its own roots.
SUPPLY CHAIN
Fabric is sourced from Simplifi Fabric, a textile company with a strong focus on sustainability and transparency. The organic cotton was grown in Turkey and exported to China to spin the yarn, knit the fabrics, then imported back to Canada. The bamboo was grown, spun and knit in southern China, then imported back to Canada.
